Fairy

She is a fairy, a bright and beautiful thing

A clever creature of mighty magic, 

Although appearing petite and naive

But fascination is intangible

It is in the eye of the beholder to recognize alchemy

It takes an awakened heart and intuition

To meet with compassion and curiosity

believing in her effervescence

Is all it takes for the fairy to grow wings

When one is not present for the magic

They miss the gifts she brings

Ego and arrogance 

threaten the ability to see

So let go of preconceived notions to

Step into infinite possibility

One must be open-minded

To perceive the pure spirit of a fairy.
