little black straps

Little black straps follow lines

And curves where your tongue

Once stirred but the lies will

Always linger on your lips

You had me nervous and safe

At once, trembling for your touch.

I saw in your eyes, a promise:

She will not get away unscathed.

Tangled in the sheets your words

Make a leash, trapped in a

False sense of security, your bed

Is my prison and a masochist’s release.

Pleasure and pain evolves

Simply into growing pains,

I have outgrown your games.

Little black straps are all that remain.
