I’m grounding myself. And it feels good.
Remember when we were grounded as kids?
Why was it predisposed as punishment?
I will teach my kids that to be “grounded”
is to return to yourself. To look within.
To see what’s missing and what to let go of.
To take responsibility for your triggers.
To be grounded is not a punishment,
but an opportunity to prioritize your higher self.
